Instead of a small minority of ultra-wealthy individuals and corporations, who unfairly steer politics with deep pockets, we will gather a large majority, pooling resouces, and lobbying for the laws we see fit. Imagine harnessing the power of social media to garner millions of supporters for a specific campaign, and each supporter pledging a small amount of money ($1, $10, even $100). Together we can raise enough money to out-lobby the wealthy elite while at the same time having the power of the masses.
